Due to the inclement weather system moving into New Orleans, and after speaking to several meteorologists, the Tour de Lis Board, Management and race/ride logistics team have postponed Tour de Lis to Saturday, June 16, 2012, Rugby Fields at City Park. We all feel that this is in the best interest of the safety of our participants. Please check this website (www.tourdelis.com) facebook, twitter, or subscribe to our mailing list for further information. Thank you and please spread the word to friends and family. We look forward to a great event, beautiful weather and a large crowd. LIVESTRONG!

If you are an adult participating in the run/walk, please fill out the Adult Waiver.
If you are a minor (below 18) and participating in the run/walk, please fill out the Minor Waiver.
If you are participating in the bike ride, please fill out the Cycling Waiver.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003. I was 45 years old and had recently lost my mother to ovarian cancer. I was determined to educate others on the value of cancer prevention through good nutrition and exercise. I started participating in every race that raised funds for cancer research and feel especially fortunate to be involved in the Tour de Lis as it not only raises awareness of this disease, but its efforts support our local community. Participating in the Tour de Lis brings family and friends together for both a fun day of biking and a valuable purpose. Join us for a great ride!

Through my executive wellness program I learned that I had early stage prostate cancer. Fortunately, through early detection and aggressive action, my treatment was very successful and I am cancer free. My family and I feel blessed and we want to do whatever we can to help others in need, including several close friends, who are dealing with this unfortunate disease. I am honored and pleased to be associated with Tour de Lis and its efforts to prevent and cure cancer.
